This brand new, north-facing cosy one-room studio on the ground floor of the rental complex has great light and a cool vibe. A stylish and cozy open-plan studio, ideal for up to 4 guests. It features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a modern sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) for two additional guests.

The room is fairly sized (27 m²), air-conditioned, has a private entrance and bathroom, cable smart TV and free WiFi access. There is a comfy double bed and a sofa bed that can sleep two when turned into a bed. There’s a kitchenette equipped with a sink, mini fridge, a micro stove, a toaster and an espresso coffee maker perfect for a comfortable and effortless stay.  Hot water is available 24/7.

By the time noon rolls along, until the sunset, you are getting a full shade and a cooling sea breeze.

Outside there is generous terrace with a dinning table and four comfortable chairs.Guests have access to a private spacious mediterrenean garden equiped with a barbeque facet where they can relax, hang out anytime of the day.

The rental complex is newly build (finished in early 2026), it is located in a quiet neighborhood at the west side of the Nikiti village. Water sports are available on the nearest organised beach just a couple of km away.

There is a 8:00-20:00 front desk and a on-call support thereafter.
